Villa 28 is part of a quiet residential community. Guests are expected to respect the privacy, comfort, and rules of the resort at all times.

To ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for all residents and guests, the following guidelines apply:

• Villa 28 is intended for private stays only
• Parties, events, or organized gatherings are not permitted
• Small, private dinners or informal gatherings with invited guests are acceptable, provided they remain discreet and respect the quiet nature of the community
• Respect for neighbors and resort regulations is mandatory
• Quiet hours must be observed at all times
• The maximum number of guests must not be exceeded
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa
• Pets are not permitted
• The villa must be used responsibly and with care

Access to all shared facilities is subject to the rules and policies of BlackSeaRama Golf & Villas Resort.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
